Through its \u201cEducation for Employment\u201d program, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate with Al-Tamkeen Al-Amthal Recruitment. The aim is to provide economic opportunities for the unemployed looking for work in Saudi Arabia and to qualify young people for the labour market through the \u201cexcellence in the work environment\u201d program\u201d.<\/p>\n
The agreement was signed by Rola Basamad, Senior General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment Company, and Abdullah bin Mansi Al-Ghamdi, General Manager of Al-Tamkeen Al-Amthal Recruitment. According to the agreement, Al-Tamkeen Al-Amthal Recruitment will implement experimental qualification programs, in coordination with the \u201cEducation for Employment\u201d program. This will be done with a license from the International Education for Employment (EFE). Meanwhile, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment will employ its expertise and develop a database for the qualified individuals who wish to join the \u201cexcellence in the work environment\u201d program. It will also prepare some of its training facilities to provide qualification courses to the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
The program targets male and female Saudis between the ages of 18 and 27 years. Its aim is to provide them, through a number of educational units, with the skills necessary for anyone to succeed in the labor market such as effective communication in the workplace, emotional intelligence, excellence in customer service, time management and setting priorities, cooperative teamwork, and the comprehensive awareness of the workers.<\/p>\n
\u201cSince its inception, Bab Rizq Jameel has been making relentless efforts for the empowerment of Saudi youth in various aspects. This includes supporting and qualifying job seekers through many programs and agreements signed with the governmental and non-governmental agencies\u201d, Rola Basamad, Senior General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment said. \u201cThe “Excellence in the Work Environment” program launched in cooperation with Al-Tamkeen Al-Amthal Recruitment, is an incentive program for Saudi youth that develops practical tools necessary to improve and enhance young people’s skills and their employment opportunities so as to help them access the labor market\u201d, Basamad added.<\/p>\n

We do invite young men and women in Saudi Arabia to participate in the \u201cExcellence in the Work Environment\u201d program, which uses an approach that includes the most important needs of the Saudi labor market, to ensure the sustainability of the impact\u201d, he added.<\/p>\n
