The April, 2016 figures for Bab Rizq Jameel Female Recruitment take the total of new jobs created to 100,120 since the programme began in 2007, underlining Community Jameel\u2019s commitment to the creation of sustainable opportunities for Saudi nationals.<\/p>\n
\u201cThrough our nationwide network of recruitment branches, we have been able to target the largest possible number of women and provide them with suitable job opportunities, fulfilling their potential,\u201d said Rola Basamad, senior general manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Female Recruitment Company.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have also met the requirements of over 1,380 companies in the private sector \u2013 partners who are a key factor in our success.\u201d<\/p>\n
The benefits of the programme are evident across all five regions of Saudi Arabia. Western Region created 33,308 jobs, predominately in the retail and administration sectors. The Middle Region followed with 21,518, mainly in factories, customer service roles, and working remotely from home.<\/p>\n
Eastern Region provided 19,088 new jobs for women, Northern region a further 14,376, and Southern Region 11,830.<\/p>\n
Basamad said that Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ) plans to build strategic partnerships with public and private universities targeting young and exceptional female talents to fill job vacancies:<\/p>\n
\u201cBRJ also aims to introduce a number of new programmes this year, such as freelance task-based and volunteering, aiming to enrich students in job searching and to highlight the options available to them.<\/p>\n
