Takatuf programme by Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment helps establishments recruit Saudi workforce with the highest professional calibres in areas such as: call-centre management, restaurants and trade fairs facilities management,

Tanweer Jameel was launched in 2005 in partnership between Community Jameel Saudi representing the private sector, and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development representing the public sector. This programme is a manifestation of our belief in the importance of guiding and mentoring young orphans and helping them establish a promising future for themselves while contributing to their society.

An annual international trip is organised for academically outstanding orphan students, combining education and recreation to impact their lives by giving them the chance to explore various cultures from around the world, whilst simultaneously developing their sports, mental and intellectual abilities and encouraging them to maintain their high academic standards while providing them with skills to communicate with others, build their personalities and gain problem-solving skills.



More than 320 male and female Saudi students participated in Tanweer Jameel programme. Model students from orphanages and social education centres were rewarded for their exceptional academic performance with an international trip. The aim of this incentive was to motivate them to maintain

their high academic standards and achieve higher success and provide them with an opportunity to explore different civilizations, cultures, and languages from various destinations which included Singapore, Spain, Indonesia, Malaysia, France, Japan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Comedy Jameel Competition

Comedy Jameel is a weekly competition organised in 2020 in collaboration with The Comedy Club to discover and encourage young talents. The competition aims to motivate and cultivate young comedians in the Kingdom in order to develop them professionally and pave their way to career opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world.

Competitions were hosted by renowned Saudi comedian, Turki al-Mohsen, and entries were showcased on Community Jameel Saudi’s YouTube channel. During the weekly contests, participants presented their performed sketches to a panel of judges who selected and announced the weekly winners and awarded prizes to them and the Comedian of the month.

This initiative has contributed to encouraging many young men and women to embrace and further develop their artistic talents in the field of comedy, as well as enhance their visual production capabilities and creative ideas by generating professional comedy sketches and presenting them to audiences in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world.

The creative aspect of the competition was a strong motivation for the contestants to strengthen their self-confidence and professional engagement, allowing them the opportunity to take their first steps towards stardom in the world of comedy whilst adding smiles and sharing joyous positivity with their community.
