Bab Rizq Jameel Launches the “Universal Employment Platform” During Its Annual Suhoor

During a Ramadan Suhoor held on the evening of March 4, and attended by a group of private sector HR leaders along with representatives from several organizations and companies, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment Company launched the Universal Employment Platform (the Super Hub). This initiative comes as part of the company’s efforts to develop the employment ecosystem in the Kingdom by providing advanced digital solutions and strengthening partnerships with national partners in the Saudi labor market.
Through the Super Hub platform, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment aims to offer a comprehensive digital employment platform characterized by efficiency and flexibility. This will help empower national talents and enable employers to reach suitable candidates through a smooth and integrated digital experience.

In her opening speech, Dr. May Taibah, Deputy Managing Director at Bab Rizq Jameel, highlighted the importance of providing integrated services that align with societal changes and rapid technological advancement. She said: “Recruitment has become a developmental and national responsibility. It requires building an integrated system that ensures real collaboration between employers, supporting organizations, and technological solutions, so that together we can create more efficient, flexible, and impactful opportunities. We are pleased to introduce the Super Hub platform, which will provide more efficient and sustainable recruitment solutions.”

This begins with displaying job vacancies available with employers, managing candidate applications, organizing screening and nomination processes, conducting interviews, and sending job offers to selected candidates. It is worth noting that the Suhoor also included a Q&A session about the current state of the Saudi labor market, where participants discussed key challenges faced by HR departments and the best ways to develop a more efficient and sustainable recruitment ecosystem. The evening concluded with a renewed emphasis on the importance of the partnership between Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment and the private sector as a fundamental pillar in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in reducing unemployment rates.
