As part of Bab Rizq Jameel’s ongoing efforts to empower Saudi youth and increase their participation in the labor market, the company, with the support of Community Jameel Saudi Foundation, organized the November Job Fair 2025. The event brought together ten employers from various sectors to present their available vacancies, benefiting 800 job seekers. Around 1986 interviews were conducted, resulting in 130 individuals securing job opportunities.
The fair offered a comprehensive set of activities focused on aligning the skills of national talent with the market’s needs across several tracks. These included direct job interviews with participating employers, career guidance and CV review sessions with experts, as well as enrichment sessions aimed at enhancing participants’ professional awareness and equipping them with essential interpersonal skills, such as tips to succeed in job interviews and methods of aligning personal traits with career paths.
The organization of the fair aligned with the Kingdom’s plans of developing the human capital and building a qualified workforce capable of keeping pace with rapid changes across key sectors, such as retail, hospitality, services, technology, and logistics. The event also aimed to strengthen the connection between employers and job seekers, while familiarizing participants with modern job requirements. Notably, the event was designed to improve their readiness and support their career development.
Commenting on the event, Najla Safdar, General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel, said: “The November Job Fair was an important step in supporting Saudi youth and offering them opportunities that help them build a stable and promising career path. The fair created a dynamic space for direct interaction between job seekers and employers; hence, helping organizations discover capable Saudi talent ready to grow and contribute to sector-wide development. We remain committed to investing in human capital because we believe it is the cornerstone of a thriving national economy.”
It is worth noting that all Bab Rizq Jameel’s efforts and initiatives are fully aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which places the Saudi citizen at the center of national development.
